The Iwai of the Tiger features Mars Iwai 45 Japanese Whisky, elderflower liqueur, green tea agave, lemon, pineapple and fresh mint. The cocktail which features augmented reality technology to bring the spirit of the tiger to life in an unexpected way will remain on the menu through April 19, 2022.
The brand’s is also featuring “lucky” classic dishes that symbolize good fortune in the new year. Dishes include Handmade Pork Dumplings to represent wealth, Vegetable Lo Mein Noodles to encourage happiness and longevity, and the Oolong Chilean Seabass and Sushi Rolls to welcome prosperity.
“Lucky” menu items are available to enjoy for dine-in and to-go. P.F. Chang’s also offers catering options for Lunar New Year celebrations at home.
